Four (4) injections per month are included with each B12 membership.

Initial treatment will require a consult and evaluation from our nurse as outlined by our physician’s standing orders. Subsequent visits will not require an evaluation.

6-Mo B12 Injection Memberships

Four (4) injections per month are included with each B12 membership.
