I came in Friday with a friend, and the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff was very knowledgeable about every service they provide! Camille and Iris helped us out and made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend coming here.
Was traveling for work. Needed an IV for an associate who had fallen ill the day before. They said they wouldn’t allow him to come in to the clinic because he was ill.. okay, I understand that. Even though it was not a contagious illness.
But I had requested them to come to where we were staying anyway and they told me they didn’t know if they could accommodate that either.
I work in health care. If you are that afraid of a little illness, not the right business for you.
I called other place and they were here in 30mins to help us.
I couldn't ask for a nicer place to get the help I need. The girls are always so great even though they have to work very hard to find a good place for my IV. Recommend to everyone.
Wonderful experience! The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. We stopped by after my husband was injured playing sports while traveling. He couldn’t stand up straight or turn his head. The day after his IV he shared that he was 50% better. Vitamin IVs and shots are great for lots of uses, including pain and soft tissue injuries — high value service!
Was very disappointed with communication was told I was signed up for membership with an available credit. Got there for a weekly IV only to be told a different price was not fully compensated for the inconvenience they wanted to charge me an additional $280 for an IV bag that should have been 50% they did not want to make me as a customer whole again. Management did speak with me all information was 2nd hand very disappointing
The girls in here were nice and apologetic. But stuck me multiple times, couldn’t find a vein, finally “supposedly” found one. Got the iv flowing and walked off to take care of next patient. I noticed a welt forming where the iv was. It was just flowing into my arm. Besides the ladies being nice, it was a waste of time. Thank God I brought attention to the large bump that was forming.
