Hydralive Therapy Terms & Conditions
Membership Terms
All memberships are billed monthly. By enrolling, you agree to a 12-month commitment unless stated otherwise. Written notice is required to cancel. Billing continues for 60 days after the cancellation request is submitted.
Unused sessions are non-refundable. Partial months are billed in full. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeited sessions. Packages and memberships are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds are not issued for services rendered, unless due to documented error or negligence.
Promotions
Some promotional pricing and offers are exclusive to individual Hydralive locations. Offers may not carry over to other clinics. Check the offer details and location before purchase or booking.
Usage Limits
Service limits are in place to protect your health. For example, Cryotherapy is capped at two sessions per day per client. Intramuscular Injections (IM) varies per product and dosage. IV Therapy is limited to 1 session per 7 day period unless permitted by an additional medical consultation.
Medical Clearance
Clients must complete a medical screening with a licensed provider before starting any treatment. Some services may require follow-up reviews based on medical need.
No session proceeds without clearance.
Service Availability
All services depend on provider availability, clinic hours, and equipment readiness. Hydralive may adjust availability as needed.
Wellness Disclaimer
Hydralive services are wellness-focused. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients should consult with their physician before use if they have any health concerns.
Eligibility & Consent
Clients must be 18 or older or have legal guardian consent. You must share any medical conditions that may impact your ability to safely receive services. Failing to do so may result in denied service.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. Cryotherapy, IV therapy, and other services may support recovery and wellness, but results depend on factors like hydration, sleep, diet, and pre-existing conditions.
Customer Conduct
Clients must follow staff instructions during any session. Any abusive behavior toward staff or other clients may lead to immediate dismissal and loss of membership.
Liability Waiver
By receiving services, clients accept known risks associated with IVs, injections, Cryotherapy, and other treatments. Hydralive is not responsible for side effects unless caused by verified negligence.
Membership & Package Terms
Sessions in pre-paid packages have no expiration unless otherwise stated. If a clinic closes, clients will be notified of alternate options, prorated refunds, or session transfers.
Edit for Orlando website: Most of our sessions in pre-paid packages have no expiration unless otherwise stated. Our Intramuscular Injection (IM) packages specifically expire after 365 days. If a clinic closes, clients will be notified of alternate options, prorated refunds, or session transfers.
Privacy & Data Use
Hydralive Therapy complies with HIPAA. Your personal and medical information is handled with care.
We collect data for scheduling, service delivery, and limited marketing communications.
Reviews & Feedback
If you’re unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to contact management first. Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and directly.
We may respond publicly to online reviews when needed but never share private client information.
Force Majeure
In case of emergency, weather issues, power outages, or staff illness, we may cancel or reschedule services without notice. Any affected sessions will be rebooked at no extra cost.
