1. Eligibility

• Offer valid only for attendees of Tuscaloosa Oktoberfest on September 20, 2025, who complete the digital opt-in form at the Hydralive Therapy booth.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• Limit one entry per person.

2. 15% Off IV Therapy Services, Cryotherapy, and Compression Therapy

• Eligible participants will receive a one-time 15% discount on any IV Therapy service, cryotherapy service, or compression therapy service.
• Offer is valid only at Hydralive Therapy’s Tuscaloosa location.
• Appointment must be booked and redeemed no later than September 30, 2025.
• Discount may not be combined with any other offer, membership pricing, or package.

3. Raffle Prize

• Each participant will be entered into a raffle drawing for one (1) custom IV cocktail valued up to $250
• DOne winner will be selected at random and contacted via email, phone, and/or SMS within 2 business days after each game’s completion.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, another winner may be drawn.
• The prize must be redeemed at the Hoover Greystone Hydralive location within 60 days of notification.
